“We had a wonderful experience here today to get school shoes for my two daughters,3&8. The girl who served us was so lovely, very knowledgeable about the fit and styles and took real care with making sure we got the right shoes for the girls. We were in and out within half an hour despite it being a busy day, there was plenty of staff and choice of shoes and the service we received was 5*. We will be a returning customer every year. “Such lovely staff both times I went in yesterday, took time with me even though they were so busy with ‘back to school’ fittings.
I purchased most adorable pair of Ruby Shoos (that I have been looking at for a while). Once I got home decided to go back and try a different size. This was no trouble for the staff - and I was right needed a size smaller. The sizing of Ruby Shoos is numbered differently to other shoe brands.

“Just like to say a massive thank you. I came in on Saturday for my little boys first shoes. I was dreading it as I honestly thought he would have a melt down having to sit still and having shoes put on him.

Your staff were wonderful really helpful and full of knowledge. Which really helped get him measured and shoes on him quickly before he started to get fed up.

“Fabulous service as usual. I came in on Wednesday to get my 1 year old measured. Seen to straight away despite being fairly busy. The young man serving us was very friendly and thorough despite a very wriggly baby. A manager came over to double check the fitting, we must have tried around 4 or 5 different shoes, nothing was too much trouble. We have always taken our children here for new shoes, easily the best place around for the care and attention offered in fitting shoes.”
